Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, as well as forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation.

7. Platform Liability Limitations

JDK88 shall not be liable for any financial losses, service disruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, JDK88 will use server records as the definitive reference for resolving any disputes. Decisions made by JDK88 management are final and binding.

8. Account Closure & Restrictions

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team.

Prior to account closure, any valid balance (subject to investigation) will be returned to your original payment method within the stipulated timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will not be refunded.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in jdk88's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal channels will be referred to a recognized arbitration body. By using this platform, you agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction.
